How does Fulfill.com verify 3PL reviews?
Every review submitted on Fulfill.com is verified by our team before publication. We confirm the reviewer has an active or recent business relationship with the 3PL provider. Reviews from competitors, employees, or unverifiable sources are rejected. This process ensures only genuine customer feedback appears on our platform.
How are 3PL companies ranked on this leaderboard?
Rankings use a weighted formula that considers both average rating and review volume. A 3PL with a 4.9 rating from 15 verified reviews will outrank a 5.0 rating from only 5 reviews. This ensures companies that consistently deliver excellent service and earn more reviews rise to the top. Only fulfillment providers with at least 5 verified reviews qualify for the leaderboard.
How often do the rankings change?
Rankings update automatically whenever new verified reviews are published. Unlike static industry rankings, this leaderboard reflects real-time customer feedback. A single new review can shift positions, making this a living measurement of 3PL service quality.
Can 3PLs pay for higher rankings?
No. Rankings are based entirely on verified customer reviews. Fulfill.com does not accept payment for ranking positions, featured placements, or review manipulation. 3PLs can encourage their customers to leave honest reviews, but cannot influence scores or rankings in any way.
How do I leave a review for my 3PL?
Search for your 3PL provider using the search bar above, or browse the 3PL directory. Each profile page has a Leave a Review button. You will be asked to rate your experience across four categories: customer service, fulfillment speed, order accuracy, and scalability.
What is the difference between this page and the Top 100 3PL Companies list?
This leaderboard ranks 3PLs by verified customer reviews and updates dynamically as new reviews come in. The Top 100 3PL Companies list is an editorial ranking curated by the Fulfill.com team based on overall quality, capabilities, and industry reputation. Both are independent rankings that serve different purposes.
What do the rating categories mean?
Reviewers rate 3PLs on four categories: Customer Service (responsiveness, communication, and problem resolution), Fulfillment Speed (order processing and shipping times), Order Accuracy (correct items, quantities, and packaging), and Scalability (ability to handle growth and seasonal volume spikes). The overall rating is an average of all four categories.
