We’re not just a warehouse – we’re your strategic operations partner. We were a group of entrepreneurs running small to medium sized eCommerce businesses. After looking for a fulfillment center we found ourselves feeling like they all lacked a key understanding of the “non-fulfillment side”, which was vital for a successful partnership. So we started our own, called it ShipLab, and set sail to change the expectations of fulfillment.

We absolutely love working with ShipLab! The team is super quick, reliable, and great to work with. ShipLab has completely changed our fulfillment process for the better and takes so much off our plate day to day. Our packages are shipped out daily with efficiency and our returns and wholesale processes are taken care of as well. ShipLab has allowed us to scale and we would 1000% recommend!

Best decision I ever made for my business. The ShipLab team is exceptional and they go above and beyond for us constantly. Handing over inventory management and order fulfillment is a huge lift and can be very intimidating. I couldn't be happier moving from my previous warehouse. I used to handle all of the fulfillment, but the trust I have in Shiplab is why I moved. They do everything well. There's definitely been a learning curve since we used to do everything ourselves.
