eWorld Fulfillment has been an exceptional partner for our business. Their management team and associates provided a highly consultative approach throughout the entire onboarding process and the launch of our new product line. Despite upstream supply chain challenges, they supported last-minute requests to ensure our launch stayed on schedule. The team collaborated closely with our product designers, packaging suppliers, small parcel carriers, and Executive Team to make sure every detail was addressed and tested. We have been customers for about seven years now. eWorld has been tremendous to work with, which is why we have stuck with them for so long. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on the next business day without fail. Whenever there is an issue with a mispick (which is relatively rare) they get replacement orders out quickly. Customer service contacts are very responsive, usually responding and offering solutions within hours. The staff at the inventory drop off are also great-some of them have been there for years and are always nice to chat with when we deliver new inventory. Overall, we’ve been very pleased with eWorld, and would definitely recommend them!
