We have been customers for about seven years now. eWorld has been tremendous to work with, which is why we have stuck with them for so long. Orders are fulfilled and shipped on the next business day without fail. Whenever there is an issue with a mispick (which is relatively rare) they get replacement orders out quickly. Customer service contacts are very responsive, usually responding and offering solutions within hours. The staff at the inventory drop off are also great-some of them have been there for years and are always nice to chat with when we deliver new inventory. Overall, we’ve been very pleased with eWorld, and would definitely recommend them!

I am very happy with the team at E-World Fulfillment. They have been instrumental in helping me grow my business. They are efficient, reliable and responsive. They fulfill my internet orders and my amazon FBM orders by seamlessly linking to my storefront on Shopify, and to my amazon account in Seller Central. And their shipping rates are great too. I have also given them more complex projects like shipping thousands of units to amazon and they have done it efficiently, allowing us to keep our very high rating with amazon. They are easy to work, they communicate well and they are easy to reach when needed. It is a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend.
