We’ve been using Ship321 since 2023 now and they’ve been an awesome partner. Super flexible. Whether it’s last-minute shipments, reporting needs, or special projects, they always figure it out and make it work. They’re also really accurate which has saved us a ton of time and headaches. Orders go out correctly, inventory stays clean, and we don’t have to babysit the process. Probably the biggest win has been the cost savings. Their rates are solid, no surprise charges, and we’ve definitely trimmed our logistics spend since switching over. Overall, just a great team. Responsive, easy to work with, and they actually care about doing things right. Highly recommend!

Ship321 has been a key logistics and 3PL partner for us and supports our business across all areas of warehousing and distribution. "Ship321 excels at fulfillment. While we initially chose them for their Section 321 capabilities, we have stayed because of the quality of the customer service, particularly by their CEO, Edward. We text, we talk; he always picks up. He takes responsibility. He is fair. He is honest. I've worked with several other 3PLs, including some very big ones, and I no longer take those things for granted. Those qualities are far more important over the long term than anything else. Thankfully, Ship321 also has great tech, having recently upgraded to ShipHero as their WMS/OMS. While Section 321 is in flux, there is still significant value (namely deferred cashflow) in importing goods in-bond to Mexico before formally importing them to the US. With tariffs in constant change in 2025, that certainty and buffer has provided some stability in an otherwise crazy time. Thank you Ship321."
