Our Tijuana operation is IMMEX-certified (similar to a bonded warehouse), allowing qualifying inventory to be stored in Mexico without paying Mexican duties or VAT and enabling brands to defer applicable U.S. duties until inventory is exported into the U.S.
We provide DTC and B2B fulfillment, with orders fulfilled in Tijuana, crossed into San Diego daily, and injected into U.S. carrier networks the same day for qualifying orders.
Our model is especially valuable for brands with labor-intensive and value-added operations, including assembly, kitting, customization, printing, labeling, rework, QC, refurbishment, and repackaging. Mexico’s significantly lower labor costs can create substantial savings compared with performing the same work at a traditional U.S. 3PL.
Ship321 manages the entire process: including customs/compliance, cross-border transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and U.S. carrier injection, as one integrated operation.

"Ship321 excels at fulfillment. While we initially chose them for their Section 321 capabilities, we have stayed because of the quality of the customer service, particularly by their CEO, Edward. We text, we talk; he always picks up. He takes responsibility. He is fair. He is honest. I've worked with several other 3PLs, including some very big ones, and I no longer take those things for granted. Those qualities are far more important over the long term than anything else. Thankfully, Ship321 also has great tech, having recently upgraded to ShipHero as their WMS/OMS. While Section 321 is in flux, there is still significant value (namely deferred cashflow) in importing goods in-bond to Mexico before formally importing them to the US. With tariffs in constant change in 2025, that certainty and buffer has provided some stability in an otherwise crazy time. Thank you Ship321."

I run my own sandal brand and Ship321 has been a lifesaver. The whole team is awesome. Any time I've had a question, someone's been there to help, and orders go out the very next day. Speed has never once been an issue.
The big one for me: they helped me get my sandals USMCA certified, so I'm now importing from Mexico at 0% tariff.
Once I move part of my manufacturing to China, I'm hoping to start working with their China location too. If you're a small brand looking for a fulfillment partner who actually picks up and cares, go with Ship321.

I’m so grateful we found this 3PL. We have been very happy with the team. To say they go above and beyond for us is a gross understatement. I was weary of having a 3PL do our fulfillment. I have always done it myself. My last company shipped 70k boxes a month and so it was hard to let go. I worried about small special projects, decision making, the customer experience. We worked with Edward who is an entrepreneur himself. This has made the biggest difference. They have been fantastic to work with. Anytime an issue does arise it’s fixed and doesn’t happen again. We’ve been using Ship321 since 2023 now and they’ve been an awesome partner. Super flexible. Whether it’s last-minute shipments, reporting needs, or special projects, they always figure it out and make it work.
They’re also really accurate which has saved us a ton of time and headaches. Orders go out correctly, inventory stays clean, and we don’t have to babysit the process.
Probably the biggest win has been the cost savings. Their rates are solid, no surprise charges, and we’ve definitely trimmed our logistics spend since switching over.
Overall, just a great team. Responsive, easy to work with, and they actually care about doing things right. Highly recommend!
