"Ship321 excels at fulfillment. While we initially chose them for their Section 321 capabilities, we have stayed because of the quality of the customer service, particularly by their CEO, Edward. We text, we talk; he always picks up. He takes responsibility. He is fair. He is honest. I've worked with several other 3PLs, including some very big ones, and I no longer take those things for granted. Those qualities are far more important over the long term than anything else. Thankfully, Ship321 also has great tech, having recently upgraded to ShipHero as their WMS/OMS. While Section 321 is in flux, there is still significant value (namely deferred cashflow) in importing goods in-bond to Mexico before formally importing them to the US. With tariffs in constant change in 2025, that certainty and buffer has provided some stability in an otherwise crazy time. Thank you Ship321."
