As a startup founder building a DTC coffee brand from the ground up, finding a fulfillment partner that checked all the boxes I was looking for was harder than I expected. OSW stood out from the beginning. From my very first conversation with Jessica, it was clear this was going to be a real partnership. She took the time to understand my brand, asked the right questions, and made sure we were fully aligned before we ever got started. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Caroline was also incredibly helpful during onboarding, handling some manual setup work without hesitation to make sure I was properly connected and ready to go. What has stood out most is how OSW handles the unexpected. When a vendor issue on my end created a product discrepancy that required hands-on attention at the warehouse, the team stepped in, took care of it completely, and over communicated every step of the way. I am still in the early stages of this partnership, but based on everything so far - I would strongly recommend OSW to anyone looking for a fulfillment partner that actually shows up.
