Most 3PLs I spoke with weren't interested in a startup with low order volume — Crown onboarded us without friction and treated us like a real account from day one. What stands out most is communication. Sam is directly reachable and responds fast, which means inventory questions, restocks and receiving get resolved the same day instead of disappearing into a ticket queue. For a solo operator that's worth more than any dashboard. Receiving and inventory handling have been accurate, and pricing is fair for our volume. Easy recommendation for smaller brands that need a partner who actually picks up the phone.
