I've been a customer of PB&J Fulfillment since 2017, and their service has been a game-changer for my small e-commerce business. They helped me move beyond operating out of my garage, and I'm incredibly satisfied with their support.
One of the things I appreciate most in the beginning was their flexibility and lack of minimum costs. This was essential in the early days when my inventory and order volume were smaller. Now the most important is their customer service.
The PB&J team consistently goes above and beyond. I remember one instance where a customer made a mistake with the shipping address on a large order. Even though it wasn't PB&J's fault, they put in a huge effort to track down the package, retrieve it from an unexpected location (a pizzeria!), and get it to the correct address. That level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly impressive.
Based on my positive experiences, I highly recommend PB&J Fulfillment to other businesses. They provide excellent service and are a valuable partner for growth.
