As a chemical distributor, our imports carry a lot of compliance detail, and Argents handles all of it: customs entries, classification and the regulatory paperwork that comes with chemical shipments. We trust them to get it right, and they do. Their work goes well beyond brokerage. They manage our ocean and air freight and run our warehousing in Tacoma, WA and Ladson, SC. That gives us one team that sees each shipment from origin to delivery, so nothing falls through the cracks between providers. For a small company like ours, that matters a lot. Argents acts like an extension of our own operations. They're responsive, they know our business and products, and they flag issues before they turn into problems. As our volume and product range have grown, they've grown with us, whether that meant a new trade lane, a rush air shipment or extra storage. If you import regulated or technical products and want a forwarder who handles both the logistics and the compliance end to end, I recommend Argents without hesitation. A specific example would make it even stronger, like a shipment they saved or a customs issue they caught early. I didn't make one up, so add one if a good story comes to mind. Our group wanted to start selling products online and we have grown from a handful of orders a week into thousands. Argents also send product into box stores for our group as part of our Omni Channel approach. We primarily use their Tacoma branch for Asia shipments and Ladson for Europe and Middle East product. On occasion we do small volumes out of their Chicago branch. Argents is small enough to where you get to know all the employees but big enough to handle complex solutions.
