From the first onboarding call itself to our present day operations, they’ve made every step feel seamless. As a 4PL partner, CBIP have quite a number of tools at their disposal for your many needs as a growing business. For example, the fact that they have so many distribution centers around the world gives you many options to find the best one for your target demographic, at the lowest possible cost. Their systems are advanced and it's clear that every process has been designed with attention to detail and scalability in mind. CBIP pays attention to the details that most others overlook, and this is especially important when partnering with a 4PL. Highly recommended for brands that value efficiency, innovation, and a partner who actually cares.

Overall, we’re satisfied with CBIP’s service. Their customer support has been excellent- responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Fulfilment speed is also strong. While we’ve experienced occasional minor human errors, they’ve been manageable and not impactful. That said, B2B fulfilment costs remain high and continue to be a challenge. We also hope to see improvements in the Bundle system features going forward.
