Co-founded by the former co-founder of Shipbob and two of Shipbob’s founding team members, Manifest was built to superserve high-growth mid-market eCommerce brands by leveraging lessons learned from scaling one of the nation’s largest 3PLs. This time, the focus is on quality over quantity, and delivering unparalleled service to a select group of clients. Instead of having thousands of clients across scattered warehouses, Manifest operates out of a single center of operational excellence in Austin, TX. We currently serve 34 clients with 100% client retention over the past three years and plan to onboard just 20 more. By limiting the number of clients, we ensure that every brand remains a priority, fulfilling our mission to be the last 3PL our clients will ever need. Manifest redefines fulfillment as more than just a service. With onsite account management and an open-door policy to visit the warehouse, we aim to act as a true extension of our clients' operations team.
