We pair a highly automated 60+ warehouse network across the US, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia with the support model the industry keeps promising and never delivers on. We call it Jetpack Care. Every brand gets a real-time Slack channel with a dedicated team that knows the account, executive visibility on every conversation, and answers that come in a minute flat. No chatbots, no ticket queues, no 48-hour SLAs. When something breaks, the whole team swarms it. When nothing's broken, we're optimizing anyway. Our weekly audits re-check every charge on every single invoice and recover things that shouldn't have been billed, before you ever see it.

• Carrier IQ rate-shops every package across national and regional carriers in real time (the regional carrier roster is our secret weapon on both cost and delivery experience).
• Delivery IQ watches every package after the carrier takes over and auto-files carrier claims without you lifting a finger.
When it comes to pricing, we provide one transparent all-in rate per order. No setup fees, no processing fees, no surprise surcharges.
As for switching to Jetpack, we've made it boring. Transition plans are deeply thought through by our team. Transitions typically wrap in 3-5 weeks, and sub-100-SKU brands can cut over in as low as two. We waive receiving fees on your initial transition inventory, and we don't lock you into long-term contracts. The way we see it, if a 3PL asks for a long term commitment, they expect to let you down. We're happy to earn our keep.
We work with D2C and omnichannel brands with volume of around 1,500 orders a month or higher. While we specialize in bringing enterprise care and technology to growing brands, our scale and reach means that no matter how fast you grow, you'll never have to worry about outgrowing us.
