Pricing is the strongest of the suppliers we compared, especially on multi-unit orders, and pre-stocking terms are flexible with no storage fees while orders keep flowing. Transit times have been consistent. Early on, dispatch was slower than the quoted 2–3 days and two invoices needed correcting. Both invoices were fixed within minutes once flagged, without any dispute. Communication over WhatsApp is responsive.
