The operational team has a headcount of 80 employees in Rockwall and 25 employees in Kansas City. Our expertise ranges from high volume eCommerce to detailed Retail shipping requirements with EDI connections. One of the largest efforts in the building include Returns processing of eCommerce orders. We full inspect, categorize, repackage/relabel and prepare for inventory if appropriate.
