Connectabox is not a startup guessing its way through fulfillment, it's a boutique 3PL based in Houston North, Texas, founded in 2025 by a bilingual team with over 25 years of hands-on logistics and operations experience running high volume logistics operations in Latam. From our Texas facility, we ship nationwide and internationally to Canada and Europe, supporting DTC / B2B / Wholesale and marketplace sellers (Amazon FBA-FBM, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop among many other marketplaces) with receiving, pick and pack, kitting, labeling/relabeling and outbound shipping - backed by an FDA registered facility for brands that need that extra layer of compliance.

We serve a broad range of categories including health & beauty, apparel, consumer electronics (including small battery-powered items accepted by FedEx/UPS), automotive small parts and accessories, general consumer goods, toys, home goods, supplements/nutraceuticals, packaged food & beverage, and pet supplies such as beds, apparel, toys and accessories. Our facility runs on ambient, general-merchandise-friendly storage, so we don't currently handle CBD, alcohol, hazardous materials, industrial chemicals/solvents, raw/unprocessed perishable food for humans that requires cold chain, or any pet food (raw or processed) due to pest-control considerations.

Two things set us apart. First, full photo and video documentation of every prep-and-pack process for audit purposes: we have cameras mounted directly above our prep-and-pack stations, plus camera coverage at the truck receiving/unloading dock, giving brands visual proof and accountability most 3PLs simply don't offer. Second, our bilingual team provides direct, personalized attention, not ticket queues or generic support inboxes, so you always talk to a real person who knows your account.
