We've been working with ThreeGen for more than 3 years now and we have not looked back ever since. We moved fulfilment over to them from a large 3PL where we were not getting the same level of service + flexibility that ThreeGen was able to offer us. Our brand offers a wide variety of kitted bundles, which ThreeGen has been immaculate with. The speed with which ThreeGen is able to not only churn out our orders, but also keep kitted SKUs in stock is unparalleled in our experience of working with 3PLs. Peak period is probably the most stressful period in e-commerce but our team is able to sleep soundly at night knowing that we have a solid fulfillment provider behind us that goes above and beyond to ensure our customer is always satisfied. Highly recommend Clay and his team!
