Our organization has had a phenomenal experience working with Fulfillment Co over the past three years. When small issues have come up, they have been quick to respond and resolve them, helping everything stay on track. They are also highly responsive to order updates, allowing us to get packages to customers more quickly. In addition to keeping our day-to-day fulfillment running smoothly year-round, they handle busy campaign periods and special requests with ease, even during the holidays. Fulfillment Co has played an important role in helping us maintain positive, proactive relationships with our donors and customers.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. From the first conversation, I got the right feeling. We needed a company that could work with us and cater to bespoke needs, and not follow some unchangeable rule book. We needed a team we could communicate with, and not a call centre in India! A team that would respond quickly and treat our products like it was their own business. FulfillmentCO ticks all of these boxes. We have been a long standing customer for many years and taken on some pretty beefy projects together over that time, as well as the day to day. The team headed by Jen and Brian are fantastic. They run a tight ship and consistently go above and beyond anything I see in the many other suppliers we deal with globally in terms of customer service.
