EBS Espérance

EBS Espérance is a French third-party logistics provider and social-integration enterprise based at Chanteloup-les-Vignes in the Yvelines, on the western edge of the Paris region. Founded in 1996, the company is organised as a SCOP cooperative and is a member of Emmaüs France and of the Le Relais network, with the economic, social and professional integration of its employees as its stated purpose. Its facility offers 5,000 square metres of storage served by four loading docks, equivalent to roughly 1,700 pallet positions, and the Île-de-France region co-financed part of its expansion works. The company operates across three service areas: co-packing and contract packaging, including sleeving, banding, blister packing and the assembly and filling of point-of-sale displays; e-commerce order preparation covering stock management, packing, shipping, delivery and customer service; and reverse logistics with reconditioning for reuse, handling the receipt, inspection, cleaning and refurbishment of returned or previously used goods. EBS Espérance states that a new client can be integrated in about fifteen days and provides computerised traceability across the logistics chain. Its client base spans small and mid-sized companies, large groups, startups and digitally native brands in cosmetics, fashion, apparel and retail, and its published customer list includes L'Oréal, Le Petit Olivier, Lovéa, Big Moustache, Ushuaïa, Kickers and Yipee.
