Nice Commerce Overview

Nice Commerce started as its own customer. Before we were a 3PL, we were eCommerce operators fulfilling out of a garage, dealing with the same rigid processes, shrinkage, and radio-silence support that most brands still put up with today. We built Nice to be the fulfillment partner we always wished existed. That's grown into a bi-coastal network with fulfillment centers in Charleston, SC and Salt Lake City, UT, giving brands full East Coast and West Coast coverage without splitting vendors or juggling two sets of SOPs. One partner, two ports of entry, nationwide 2-day ground shipping. For growing and enterprise brands, that means lower zone-skipping costs, faster delivery to both coasts, and built-in redundancy if one hub hits a disruption. We currently support 50+ brands across DTC, health and supplement, beauty, pet care, and food and beverage, with 99.7% of DTC orders shipped on time and 99% B2B compliance accuracy. Every account gets a dedicated onboarding manager and an on-call success manager, real-time inventory visibility, and custom SOPs built around how your brand actually operates, not a generic playbook.
