Since switching to Hardway orders are fullfilled exactly as promised. Emails are answered immediately ! Mistakes are admitted! (They happen to everyone, and there have been very few.) Billing makes sense! Returns are back on the shelf immediately. The previous warehouse sent my inventory to Matt in a disorganized manner and he has gone above and beyond to get it set up quickly, correctly, recount inventory, etc. I carry a very wide size range for my apparel which can increase complexity. I won't bore you with the details, but he's the kind of meticulous person that someone like me, who is a similarly obsessive small business owner, can actually count on as a partner! An absolute night and day difference from the previous warehouse.
