eLogy

eLogy is an Italian third-party logistics provider founded in Rome in 2019 and focused on outsourced fulfillment for e-commerce merchants. The company operates its own logistics centres in Italy, Spain and Poland, having built out from facilities in Rome, Treviso and Barcelona and added sites in Warsaw and Berlin that became operational in October 2022. In 2023 it acquired an 11,000 square metre site on the outskirts of Rome, of which 4,000 square metres are enclosed warehouse and 7,000 square metres external, intended to become the hub of its Italian operations. eLogy handles storage, inventory management, pick and pack, shipping and returns, and exposes an API library and merchant dashboard that connect to major e-commerce platforms for real-time inventory and shipment tracking. Its SmartShip system automatically routes each order to the fastest and most cost-effective carrier among DHL, GLS, DPD, SDA and other providers, and the company works with Amazon Shipping and with Nola Business Park, one of Italy's larger logistics hubs, on dropshipping and rapid fulfillment. Its courier network reaches Europe, the United States, Canada and Australia, with domestic delivery quoted at 24 to 48 hours.
