Colliflow

Colliflow is a Norwegian third-party logistics provider based in Skien that offers warehousing and fulfilment services to online retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers. The company was founded in 2013 by brothers Trond and Rune Wright Lia and operates from a single facility at Havnevegen 70, located at the Skien harbour terminal between Oslo and Kristiansand. The site holds roughly 10,000 square metres of indoor warehouse space alongside a large outdoor area, run in partnership with Grenland Havn so that capacity can scale. In 2019 Colliflow became the first third-party logistics provider in the Nordic region to deploy AutoStore, a robotic storage and picking system with more than 80,000 storage locations. Operations run on Ongoing WMS, a cloud-based warehouse management system, with nShift for transport administration and Prime Penguin for partner integrations. Orders synchronise automatically from customer webshops and ERP systems, giving clients real-time inventory visibility along with statistics and reporting. Colliflow holds inventory for more than 80 businesses and ships over 600,000 orders a year. Services cover goods receipt, storage, pick and pack, packing in recyclable cardboard boxes or e-commerce bags, returns handling and outbound distribution. The company is carrier independent and negotiates freight rates across leading Norwegian transport providers. Colliflow is certified under the Miljofyrtarn environmental scheme and offers three pricing models: a fixed all-inclusive rate per order starting at 39 NOK, a variable pay-per-use model, and a model based on a fixed percentage of sales price.
