Fulfill.com and Extensiv Partner to Help 3PLs Uncover the Hidden Costs of Manual Operations
Fulfill.com, the 3PL matchmaking platform, today announced a partnership with Extensiv, the warehouse management platform built for third-party logistics providers. Extensiv joins Fulfill.com’s vendor partner network, which puts its WMS in front of the 2,800+ 3PLs that rely on Fulfill.com to grow their operations. The two companies are also co-developing tools that put real numbers on what it costs to run a warehouse manually.
The partnership starts where most 3PL problems start: the gap between what an operation appears to cost and what it actually costs. Every week, Fulfill.com hears from brands switching 3PLs because their invoices don’t add up, and from 3PL owners who can’t say what a billing day on spreadsheets or a mispicked order really costs them. Extensiv built its platform to close that gap.
I ran a 3PL before I joined Fulfill.com, and I ran it on spreadsheets long enough to know what that really costs. Billing alone took my team two full days every week, and that’s before you count the mispicks, the invoice questions, and every ‘where’s my order’ email. This partnership is about empowering the 3PLs in our network to see those costs clearly and to run on a system built for the job.
Greg Airel,VP of Sales & Business Development, Fulfill.comWhat the partnership includes
The centerpiece is a co-developed cost calculator that will live inside the Fulfill 3PL portal. In a couple of minutes, it shows a 3PL what the unforeseen costs in a manual operation add up to: labor spent looking for inventory, hours lost to billing and invoice questions, and the price of every mispicked order.
Extensiv also joins the Fulfill 3PL portal as a vendor partner, where network 3PLs evaluating a WMS can find them directly. It’s the first piece of the partnership, and both companies expect more to follow.
Why Extensiv
Fulfill.com named Extensiv one of the best WMS platforms for 3PLs in an independent ranking published before this partnership, where it was the pick for operators juggling DTC, B2B, and FBA prep. The features that earned that ranking are the same ones that come up on Fulfill.com’s matchmaking calls: multi-customer billing that keeps invoices transparent, a customer portal that answers ‘where’s my order’ before it becomes an email, and solutions engineers who fit the software to how a warehouse actually runs.
Billing transparency is where the two companies overlap most. When brands come to Fulfill.com to switch 3PLs, opaque invoicing is one of the most common reasons. A 3PL that can show its customers clean, transparent billing keeps them.
This partnership is about more than putting our software in front of Fulfill.com’s network. Together we want to give 3PLs a better snapshot of their own performance, from collaborative tools to the content and support that help operators grow. Fulfill sees where 3PLs win and lose brands every day, and pairing that with our platform makes both sides stronger.

The cost calculator arrives in the Fulfill 3PL portal in the coming weeks, where 3PLs in the Fulfill.com network will also find Extensiv’s partner listing.
