The single site sits on the A443 about half a mile south of Worcester city centre. Alongside household, student and container storage, the company operates a pick and pack fulfilment service for growing businesses and e-retailers, handling storage, picking, packing and dispatch for sellers on Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay and Etsy as well as subscription box companies, publishers and health and beauty brands. Orders are picked to spec with same-day dispatch available, shipped through multiple couriers on tracked and signed, UK next-day, 48-hour and international services, and packed in standard cartons, eco options or custom kitting, with optional returns handling and restock verification. Business services also include archive document storage in individually lockable, climate-controlled rooms and container storage with 24-hour access 365 days a year. The facility has 24-hour CCTV, perimeter fencing, staffed reception during opening hours, building alarm and fire detection systems, a covered loading bay, free trolleys and pallet trucks, racking-friendly rooms and more than 50 parking spaces at the rear. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, on flexible terms from one week upward with rolling monthly VAT invoicing.
