Fulfillment Express integrates with multiple major ecommerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and UltraCart. These integrations allow orders to be extracted directly to our west coast warehouses for timely processing and shipping.

We use a comprehensive three-step accuracy process for every order. First, each order is handled by two different people (picker and packer) to provide two sets of eyes. Second, we scan each item into the package to verify accuracy and quantity. Finally, we perform weight verification against the calculated weight of all items and packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.

Yes, we provide comprehensive Amazon services including FBA Prep with FNSKU labeling, Seller Central integration for automatic order processing, and Fulfillment by Merchant services. Our team ensures all shipments meet Amazon specifications and requirements.

We handle all types of commercial fulfillment from single cartons to small stores, pallets to distributors, and full truckloads to major retailers like Walmart, Target, and Costco. We have extensive experience with EDI services and routing guides to ensure accurate and on-schedule shipments from our west coast locations.

We offer extensive value-added services including lot number and serial number tracking, assembly/disassembly and kit building, returns handling and reporting, and dedicated account representatives for each client. We also provide access to a web portal for real-time inventory updates and order status tracking.
