Flow Progressive Logistics is a Saudi Arabia based third-party logistics provider founded in 2014 and part of the Ghassan Ahmed Alsulaiman Group. Its operations span Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, and its service lines cover freight forwarding, customs clearance, cross-border transportation, domestic transportation, warehousing and distribution, last-mile delivery, home services and special project logistics. The company's flagship site is an automated fulfilment centre in King Abdullah Economic City that covers 75,000 square metres of ground area and totals 117,600 square metres across multiple floors, with a high-bay warehouse reaching 37.5 metres. Flow built the facility as a bespoke omni-channel and e-commerce fulfilment centre for IKEA Saudi Arabia. Its first phase became operational in February 2017 with capacity to pick, pack and dispatch 1,800 orders per day using 180 staff per shift over a 16 hour operating day, and a second phase raised throughput to as many as 5,000 orders per day across two shifts. The site is designed to handle both full pallet movements and fine-pick e-commerce parcels. Flow runs a mixed road fleet of vans, five tonne trucks, ten tonne lorries and 40 foot trailers, and offers customers online order tracking and a vendor portal. The company publishes its website in English and Arabic.
