It targets online sellers distributing into a European market the company sizes at 750 million people, and it accepts inbound stock ranging from single test items to full containers sent directly from manufacturers anywhere in the world. Account registration is free, takes about five minutes, and carries no credit checks, no minimum order requirement and no setup cost. Goods are added to stock and made available for dispatch within 48 working hours of receipt, with exact timing depending on SKU count, quantity and how inbound goods are packed. Pickers use handheld devices to scan items, which the company says reduces errors by over 90 percent, packing follows a three-scan process, and outbound parcels are photographed to reduce claims for missing shipments. Couriers collect from the warehouses daily, the company states that 90 percent of orders reach the customer within 48 hours, and its systems integrate directly with Amazon, eBay and common ecommerce software.
