About HaulClarity

HaulClarity provides a connected workspace for reviewing FMCSA public carrier records before tendering a load. The platform ingests daily snapshots from data.transportation.gov, including the Company Census File, Motus authority and insurance extracts, BOC-3 records, out-of-service orders, and 24-month vehicle inspection and crash vehicle reports. Every result is presented alongside its dataset identifier, snapshot date, and explicit coverage limitations, so users always know the provenance and freshness of the evidence they are reviewing.

What sets HaulClarity apart is its commitment to transparency over opaque risk scores. Rather than issuing a pass/fail verdict or a proprietary safety rating, the platform preserves conflicts between data sources, marks missing records as unavailable instead of converting them to zeros, and withholds calculated rates when the underlying data is insufficient. Deterministic, versioned server rules handle authority reconciliation, insurance history matching, and out-of-service rate calculations before any AI component is involved. The AI assistant is limited to routing queries and organizing returned evidence; it cannot alter source facts or approve a carrier.

The platform offers individual USDOT and MC number lookups, batch carrier verification (500 batch rows per month on Pro), private watchlists with daily change-detection alerts, timestamped PDF reports, and a registration checklist tool tailored to operation type, vehicle weight, cargo, and state. Team plans support up to 10 seats with role-based access across shared workspaces, making HaulClarity suitable for solo freight professionals as well as compliance teams managing large carrier panels.
