I've worked with several 3PLs over the past four years, and I can confidently say the team at Palletized has been so far one of the best. Communication is everything in this business, and they truly excel at it. Every department—from operations to IT—works in sync, and it shows in the efficiency and clarity of their service. Special shoutout to Guillermo from IT, who made our onboarding seamless. The technical setup was handled smoothly, without any issues, which made the transition incredibly easy on our side. Like in any new partnership, we had a small miscommunication early on, but Max, the CEO, personally stepped in to make things right. His hands-on approach and willingness to find a solution that worked for both parties really stood out. We're happy to be working with Palletized and look forward to continuing to grow together. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive 3PL partner.
