"My company VertiMax which ships millions of dollars of fitness products every year was in a tough bind last fall having to find a new fulfilment center on very short notice. I was fortunate to find 1Click Logistics which from the very first phone call, bent over backwards to help us move eight 53 ft. semi tractor trailers of inventory from one vendor's warehouse in Ohio to their Hagerstown facility in Maryland (on Thanksgiving week)! They helped us complete the physical move in two days while 1 Click Logistics employees facilitated the move by working overtime to unload many of our trucks that arrived after hours at their Maryland facility. I was astonished that all our inventory was received by 1 Click Logistics two days before Thanksgiving, and they were shipping products for us the following week. I am extremely impressed with the quality of customer representatives they have as well as everyone I met supporting operations at the fulfillment center. We could not have asked for the integration of our online shopping cart with 1 Click's fulfillment system to have been any easier or faster. The user-friendly inventory tracking system, frequent inventory count checks and cleanliness and quality of their facilities are all exceptional. What we as a client value the most though, is 1 Click Logistics exceptional service and their genuine desire to help us succeed with a non-stop "can do" attitude.”

"I have to say that working with 1 Click is wonderful; they are VERY customer service oriented. The IT Department is quick to respond and handle any issue that I may have. I rarely have issues, but when I do, they are resolved quickly. Thanks Jason!!! I find the WMS is user friendly and has all of the information I need. I particularly like that I can print a label for a shipped item. That has helped when filing damage claims. I like that I can transfer orders from one warehouse to another when that is necessary.
