"We've been working with CPM for a couple months now after doing our own fulfillment for years, and they’ve exceeded our expectations. Fast, accurate fulfillment, responsive support, and no headaches. Inventory is well-managed, orders go out on time, and issues (rare as they are) get resolved fast. We had an extremely damaging experience with CPM and would strongly warn other businesses to stay away. We moved to CPM after being told they could handle our busy period and that our shipping costs would not increase. Instead, during our most important period of the year, they fell badly behind and the fallout was severe. This cost our business hundreds of thousands of dollars through lost sales, customer credits, cancellations, chargebacks, increased shipping costs, emergency labor, and operational disruption. Our chargeback rate increased to the point that our payment processor began taking action against us. Negative reviews flooded online. We had to send our own team to CPM’s facility to help get orders out because they were so far behind. What made it worse was the lack of care and accountability shown by Joe and CPM throughout the process. They made strong promises up front, failed badly when it mattered most, and then made the transition process hard while showing little concern for the damages their failures had caused. We have since moved to a new fulfillment provider, and the difference is a complete 180. Our new provider is professionally managed, organized, responsive, and operates the way a real fulfillment partner should. If your business depends on reliable fulfillment, clear communication, and competent management, I would be extremely cautious about trusting CPM with your operation.

Why is the 1 negative comment on topwhen there are several great ones. A company just doesn't get judge on the owner, it could be the staff doesn't have good work ethic like they use to before they started to get raises by government standards rather than their ability to perform tastes that are done because humans used to have pride in their work. We at handmade appreciate the dedication of this company and its standards.

Avoid CPM Fulfillment if you are a serious business. Joe, the owner, is unresponsive, forgetful, and not a serious business person. Our inventory has been completely mismanaged, we've received orders that have been completely destroyed (with Joe blaming the courier although the packing was clearly the issue), and it's just clear they do not know what they are doing. We will be terminating CPM Fulfillment within the next week and are on the verge of seeking legal recourse.

CPM has been a god-send. 90% of 3PLs and warehouses over charge and underdeliver (especially if they have "ship" in their name). CPM is the opposite. Exceptional service, quick turn arounds, organized and professional, always willing to go the extra mile - CPM is the only 3PL I trust.

Joe and his team are incredible! they are super kind, helpful and responsible. If you have the chance to work with Amy you're lucky. she is a rockstar. These guys know fulfillment! they do our shopify, amazon and retail orders. very happy with the team at CPM. i recommend them a lot

Joe and the team have been great. Very glad i found them and it has allowed me to focus on sales instead of fulfillment which has doubled the business. Happy to do business with CPM. A few orders here and there got mixed up (just part of business) but they correct them very quickly and are always prompt to reply to emails. Definitely would recommend giving Joe a call.
