The company runs two fulfilment centres: SKU001 in Sydney at H1/46-62 Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015, a 2,500 square metre facility, and SKU002 in Melbourne at Warehouse C, 441-459 Kororoit Creek Rd, Altona VIC 3018, which holds 430,000 AutoStore bins and is roughly ten times the size of the site it replaced. Services include B2B, B2C and retail fulfilment, pick and pack, storage, returns handling and last mile delivery with same day and next day options. SKUTOPIA also operates a proprietary shipping platform providing order orchestration, rules based carrier allocation, inventory forecasting and access to more than 100 carriers globally. The company reports 99.96 percent order accuracy, a 99.85 percent customer satisfaction rate on robot fulfilled orders, average delivery times under two days and surge capacity of up to ten times normal volume. Integrations cover Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Etsy, Salesforce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix and Neto. SKUTOPIA won Best Service Fulfilment Innovator at the 2023 NORA Awards and raised 38 million dollars to fund expansion into the United States.
