Order processing times were okay during non-peak seasons, but were abysmal during the holidays. Order error rate was unsustainable as company grew. Communication on failed picks was spotty, with exception orders falling through the cracks for multiple days before being brought to our attention. Cost more than in-house fulfillment for lower quality work. Upon termination of our contract it took them weeks to arrange the return of our product. It. arrived late in unsorted, unlabeled boxes of mixed products stacked poorly on pallets. Either their actual care for our products was woefully unacceptable, or they intentionally returned our products in poor condition out of spite. Would not recommend.
