Skladon

Skladon is a Czech third-party logistics provider founded in 2015 by Konstantin Margaretis and Patrik Babinec, offering outsourced e-commerce fulfillment to merchants across Europe. The company operates a single distribution centre in the multimodal logistics complex at Mosnov, in the industrial zone beside Ostrava Airport, with 16,000 square metres of warehouse space following an expansion that added a further 6,000 square metres. Skladon also maintains offices in Ostrava and Prague. Services cover inbound goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, distribution, returns and reverse logistics, along with dedicated B2B fulfillment for retail and wholesale channels. The operation combines a proprietary warehouse management system and the MySkladon client application with automation including an Airrob automated storage and picking workstation, an autonomous pallet truck, a Fetch CartConnect autonomous robot, a Cubiscan 3D scanner and VNA trucks. The company reports 99.95 percent picking accuracy and delivers to more than 180 countries. Clients include Sportisimo, Wolt, Kilpi, Trezor, Pepper Field, nanoSPACE, Skinners and Narex. Skladon has appeared in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe rankings in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, placing 19th in 2023, and has been listed in the Financial Times FT 1000 ranking of Europe's fastest growing companies.
