They used to be very good but the former leadership has undergone significant changes (might be the reason they are in decline). But, their inventory management has been in decline since 2024. Their customer service has declined in the past several months and our account has been reassigned to someone outside of the local office. They are just going downhill, very fast. We included an additional distribution partner 3 years ago, and will be reviewing contract renewal with SI very closely.
