Shipper is an Indonesian technology enabled logistics provider that launched in 2017 as a digital logistics aggregator and has since grown into a full supply chain platform. The company reports operating more than 120 warehouses distributed across Indonesia and more than 350 logistics points nationally, supporting over 2,000 merchants. Its service lines cover ecommerce fulfillment with integrated warehouse management and order management systems, contract logistics, domestic distribution, international freight forwarding on import and export lanes to China, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan and Australia, bonded warehousing and customs clearance, a multi carrier logistics aggregator, supply chain financing, and an omnichannel enabler product called Aloshop that manages Shopee, TikTok, Tokopedia and physical store channels from a single dashboard. Shipper launched nationwide fulfillment along with its WMS and OMS platform in 2020, and in 2022 acquired and integrated Aloshop, DiscountMax and Pintek. Published customer case studies include Bata, Enfagrow, Zinus, Kopi Kenangan and Tentang Anak. The company serves FMCG, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, household goods, electronics, hobby and sports, pharmaceutical, automotive, industrial goods and luxury categories, integrates more than 10 ecommerce channels, and cites a 99.8 percent service level agreement performance. It was named best performing logistics aggregator of 2021 by CNBC Indonesia.
