Marketplace Prep is an operator-led fulfillment partner for Amazon-first brands and accelerators that care deeply about execution details. FBA prep is what we do all day. High-volume inbound, tight tolerances, strict SOPs, variety packs, and inventory that cannot be reworked without real cost. We’ve prepped and shipped hundreds of thousands of extremely fragile glass units with negligible breakage, alongside complex bundles where consistency matters more than speed alone. These are not edge cases for us. They’re normal work. We run FBA shipments the way experienced sellers expect them to be run. Non-partnered freight where it makes sense, deliberate avoidance of unnecessary placement fees, and direct coordination with Amazon fulfillment center FC Managers so freight gets checked in instead of sitting. Faster check-in times and fewer downstream issues are usually the byproduct of that approach. Our operation is built around prep as the primary function, not something layered onto a generic fulfillment workflow. That shows up in how inventory is received, how cartons are built, and how exceptions are handled when vendors or Amazon inevitably changes things mid-stream. We support DTC fulfillment for brands that want it tightly coupled to their Amazon operation, with clean inventory alignment and predictable order flow. We are not a volume-chasing pick-and-pack shop.
