18th Logistics, LLC have a 40,000 sqft., 32 dock-high door facility, in the heavy-haul corridor in the Port of Tacoma, WA.  Their facility, though seemingly small, brings much in and sends much out on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, they have an inactive (but can be activated) 8,000 sqft refrigerated space in addition to 32,000 dry space.  They have sizable yard space to accommodate flat beds, empty and full equipment. It is note-worthy to mention that they have access to 120,000 sqft across the street if need arises.  They started 18th Logistics to provide exceptional and customizable service to those that need warehouse services and are wanting to partner with a company that will truly act on their behalf.  They are proud of the versatile space they have and it has proven to be a successful solution for many.  Namely, one of their customers, that provides freight forwarding services from WA to Alaska and Hawaii, grew 1800% from 2022 to 2023.  It is confirmation that their culture's undercurrent is an effective and dedicated partner to their customers, with their successful growth as inspiration and motivation.
