Sort & segment solutions for carriers and package networks
Sort & segment capacity, sourced and stood up
Carriers, package delivery networks, and gig-driver platforms come to Fulfill.com when they need qualified 3PL sites for small parcel sort and segment. We source the facilities, run the diligence, confirm the rates, and manage the launch, in the markets you need and on your timeline.

Our sort & segment services
Network-grade capacity, sourced from qualified 3PLs
Market & site sourcing
Tell us the metros. We search our national 3PL network for facilities with the space, dock configuration, and driver access your operation requires, including markets where you have no incumbent presence.
Facility qualification
Every candidate site is screened against the same operational bar: square footage, dock-height doors, ramp access, gig-driver parking, camera coverage, and seven-day staffing capability.
Rate benchmarking
We hold live per-package rate data by market tier, so you know what a market should cost before you negotiate, and 3PLs arrive at the table already priced inside the band.
Launch & ramp management
We run the ramp: equipment readiness, scanner and label printer provisioning, app adoption, overnight staffing plans, and first-week volume validation against the spec.
Gig-driver delivery support
Sort and segment for a gig-driver network is a different operation. We qualify sites specifically for driver throughput: parking capacity, staged pickup flow, and 2 to 5 AM inbound trailer windows.
Rolling network expansion
One site proves the model. We keep sourcing so you can add markets on a rolling basis without restarting the search each time.
Key benefits
Why carriers and package networks choose Fulfill
Pre-qualified supply
Our 3PL partners have already opted in for sort & segment work and submitted facility-level capabilities and pricing. You are choosing from a qualified pool, not cold-calling warehouses.
Speed to market
Because the pool is pre-qualified, shortlists come back in days. Sites that commit to a sub-30-day ramp are flagged from the start.
Market-tier rate intelligence
Proprietary per-package rate bands by market tier keep pricing defensible on both sides and stop deals from stalling over rate discovery.
Gig-driver fluency
We already run sort & segment programs built around enterprise gig-driver delivery. The operating model, the overnight windows, and the driver-pickup flow are not new to us.
Operator-led diligence
Our team has run 3PL operations. Site assessments are done by people who know what a workable sort floor looks like, not by a checklist alone.
Single point of accountability
One team owns sourcing, diligence, rate confirmation, and launch across every market, so escalations have exactly one place to go.
How it works
From requirement to running site
Requirements & market definition
We define the operating spec with you: target metros, daily volume, days per week, inbound trailer windows, driver model, and equipment expectations.
One weekto a defined operating specNetwork search & shortlist
We search the opted-in pool and source outside it where coverage is thin, then return a shortlist with facility capabilities and indicative per-package rates.
Days, not monthsto a qualified shortlistSite assessment & rate confirmation
Walkthroughs, operational diligence, and final rate confirmation per site. You see the same facility detail we do before anyone commits.
Launch & ramp
Equipment, scanning, staffing, and app adoption in place before day one, with first-week volume validated against the spec.

Ongoing performance review against the spec, plus rolling sourcing for the next markets on your list.

What a Fulfill-qualified site looks like

Sort & segment specialists
The team behind your network
Dan owns the carrier and package-network side of the sort & segment program, from the first scoping conversation through an awarded, running site, and is the primary point of contact for partners opening new markets.
Greg brings over 12 years in eCommerce logistics and 3PL operations. He founded and exited a 3PL that ran sort & segment work as part of its operation, and now leads sort & segment operations management and go-to-market at Fulfill, defining the operating spec for each program, validating site readiness before launch, and owning how the offering reaches carriers and package networks.
Sam manages the 3PL side of the network: recruiting facilities into the matching pool, maintaining facility-level capability and pricing data, and keeping qualified supply ahead of demand in target markets.
