MasonHub was a good partner overall. We had a lot of hiccups along the way, mostly with account management issues. Our account manager got switched 4 times in the time we were there. Also saw some issues with VAS and pack outs not being followed although they had the most up to date SOPs. I also thought it was very expensive for the service we were getting. The other huge issue we had was with a move, during peak. We had D2C in the Rancho Cucamonga warehouse and B2B in Pennsylvania. We agreed to move our D2C to the new facility in Fontana as we were told that it would be mainly focused on beauty. Between Christmas and new years we were told everything of ours would be moved to Pennsylvania, without choice in the matter, but MasonHub would cover all costs and move it in two trips to make sure we didn’t have to turn off our store. They also sold it to us as a benefit because we would be able to do a full inventory reconciliation. The move was a huge disaster, we never got the inventory counts, the second truck was late, and our Shopify store had out of stock items for weeks. After that we lost a lot of faith in them as a partner.
