Steadfast is an Australian third-party logistics provider based in Woodville North, South Australia, serving Adelaide and interstate markets. Trevor Harry founded the company in 1995 after studying supply, purchasing and operations management at the Douglas Mawson Institute, starting the operation with a 1,300 square metre warehouse, one forklift and a Mazda ute. Steadfast now runs a 16,000 square metre facility at 6 Leeds Street, Woodville North, equivalent to roughly 172,000 square feet, and describes itself as one of the largest independent storage facilities in Adelaide. Services cover third party logistics, storage and warehousing, national distribution, pick and pack, inventory management, online fulfilment and point of sale management. Inventory systems categorise stock by attributes including serial numbers and expiry dates. A web portal accessible from desktop or mobile lets clients check stock levels, generate movement reports, track shipments and create pick orders.
