Capacity has 20+ years in omni channel order fulfillment experience and for more than 15 years we have specialized in beauty, health & wellness, haircare and skincare and are known for providing rapidly scalable and measurable fulfillment solutions for high-volume, fast-growing brands. Our roots are in engineering with our founding partner being an engineer with a background in facility optimization design. We take the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our operations extremely serious and understand our business is really about the successful synthesis of people, processes and technology that best defines our culture and client satisfaction. Capacity has invested over the years in automation, including the likes of Covariant's robotic putwall to help meet demand more efficiently, boost productivity white automating labor intensive processes and improving the overall customer experience. This allows us to agree to and maintain industry leading SLAs with a passion and pursuit of excellence exceeded only by our commitment to delighting our clients and their customers. Today, we have facilities in the UK, NJ, IN and CA.
