We have been in business for 14+ years and always did our own fulfilment until we signed on with PPG. We were very nervous about outsourcing this as many other manufacturers repeatedly warned us of all of the problems they have had which forced them to constantly move to a new 3PL. PPG was been a complete pleasure to work with from day one. They went out of their way to create systems for our special kitting needs. They are very organized and efficient, but most importantly, they are accurate. It is rare for them to make a shipping error. In fact, they make less than we did ourselves, and we were very good at it. I would recommend them to any manufacturer without hesitation.
