I was in charge of finding a new 3PL. Lotta pressure on me! I went in skeptical about a boutique 3PL. Six months later, Swifthouse is outperforming our previous national provider. Receiving is fast, inventory is accurate, and exceptions are rare and handled quickly. Same-day ship on our cutoffs, 2–3 day coast-to-coast delivery, and clear reporting. Most important: they communicate. As my boss said recently.....we feel like a priority, not a ticket number
