Caroline was also incredibly helpful during onboarding, handling some manual setup work without hesitation to make sure I was properly connected and ready to go. What has stood out most is how OSW handles the unexpected. When a vendor issue on my end created a product discrepancy that required hands-on attention at the warehouse, the team stepped in, took care of it completely, and over communicated every step of the way.
